Mother of 3, proud grandmother of 2. Originally from Massachusetts and residing just outside Jacksonville for 16 years. Amie gained entry into the mortgage industry in 2000 working for a Title & Escrow company, where she quickly moved up from a do-er of all odd jobs to one of the companies top two highest closing volume as an Escrow Agent. Relocating to the North Florida area in 2005, as her husband was based at NAS Jax in the Navy, she took on a processing position with a sister company of Option One Mortgage, earning recognition for being a top leader again with closing volume for the Jacksonville branch. To ride out the ups and downs of the industry, she found herself working Reverse Mortgage title, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Default Litigation, working as a Default Project Manager over BK and FC, Default portfolio manager for a country wide default firm and also Document Retrieval for the then recognized LPS. In 2018 she finally found her place with one of North Florida’s top brokerages processing for mortgage originations once again. Realizing the need for contract processing, she ventured out on her own to establish Walker Processing Services in January 2020, closing her first year directly helping over 300 borrowers purchase/refinance.
